RETURN POLICY:

If your purchased product is damaged during delivery please contact us here. the artist and melting Milton's team will work to resolve the issue. we want you to be happy with your art.

payment & CANCELLATION POLICY:

payments through this website are supported by paypal and major credit cards. canceling and refunding payments through paypal can be made 180 days after payment is received. This is in accordance with paypal policy.

if you are purchasing a custom piece, a 50% non-refundable down payment is made before work begins. the final payment is made after you piece is completed.
